Fill out this section if you sold a home and need to close a City of Snoqualmie utility account.
If you are renting back from the buyer, we still must close your account on the date escrow closes. You can work with the buyer if you owe them money for utilities. We cannot prorate for rent-back situations.
Please fill out this section if the account is in your business' name.
Please enter your forwarding address where we can send the final bill.
Legally, the city is required to close utility accounts on the date escrow closes. If you are renting back from the buyer you must work with them to pay the utilities if the account is in their name while you are living there. By initialing here, you understand and certify that you have provided the escrow closing date and not the move-out date.
By initialing here, I certify that all of the information contained herein is accurate, to the best of my knowledge.
Your final bill will be mailed to the forwarding address you provided above. If you are not sure if escrow will be paying your final bill, please contact them as we do not have that information. If there is a credit on your account, due to over-payment, a refund check will be mailed to your forwarding address the month after escrow closes.
