The festival includes a Holiday Winter Market hosted by Heirloom Cookshop, 2-6 p.m., at the corner of Railroad Avenue and River Street. Eat, sip and shop in a magical European-style outdoor market with unique gifts and handmade goods from local artists.

After the festival, stay downtown, dine, drink and delight in the lights.
